The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a RTR Treasury IT Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of key Treasury processes in 3M’s SAP ERP environment.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Implementing and deploying SAP Treasury functionality, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborating with business counterparts and IT colleagues in the design, development, testing, and delivery of SAP Treasury solutions.
• Designing, configuring, testing, and documenting SAP Treasury modules to support global business requirements and performance goals.
• Ensuring integrated SAP solutions meet functional, security, performance, and quality requirements.
• Identifying and resolving design issues, advocating for process design changes, and supporting adherence to business and program objectives.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with SAP configuration and design in SAP Finance & Controlling, working within the ASAP or a similar SDLC methodology.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university with concentration in Accounting or Management Information Systems.
• Professional background in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Fluent English.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

• Experience with agile/iterative development methodologies to deliver SAP WRICEF objects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A minimum 2-year experience with international or global SAP deployments.
• Strong grasp of integration between SAP Treasury and SAP Financial Accounting (FI).
• Experience with the following tools: SAP Solution Manager, Jira and ActiveControl.
