Intercompany RTR Senior Analyst is responsible for managing and reconciling financial transactions between 3M entities, focusing on moderate to semi-complex entities. This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of intercompany accounting records in compliance with internal policies (e.g., GFS) and accounting standards. ICO RTR senior analyst collaborates closely with internal teams across multiple geographies to support month-end close, reporting, reconciliation, and audit processes. He/she will also be part of the Global ICO RTR COE based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Handle all intercompany RTR transactions for moderate to semi-complex entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

▪ Manage the month-end close (MEC) activities, ensuring accurate reconciliation using the ICR tool.

▪ Handle accrual processes to ensure financial data is accurately recorded and reported.

▪ Process and apply incoming cash payments to the correct accounts across various ICO entities.

▪ Perform regular reconciliations of balance sheet accounts related to ICO activities.

▪ Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure the integrity of financial statements.

▪ Manage the billing process for intercompany services and goods.

▪ Ensure invoices are generated accurately and sent to counterparts in a timely manner.

▪ Maintain thorough documentation of intercompany transactions and reconciliations for audit purposes.

▪ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in intercompany accounting.

▪ Leads and participates in corporate programs and upholds 3M’s values and ethics.

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

▪ 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.

▪ Strong knowledge in intercompany accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

▪ Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Legacy) and Microsoft Office

▪ Comfortable working both remotely and in face-to-face settings.

▪ Adaptable and willing to take on ad-hoc assignments as required.

▪ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

▪ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

▪ Demonstrates a proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for change.

▪ Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

▪ Exhibits an excellent work ethic and strong interpersonal skills.
