Job Description:

• Manages professional and support level employees within Sales. Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries, creates value propositions. Involved in contract negotiations for major clients.
• Solicit sales to achieve objectives through existing or new customers in the area.
• Forecast and allocate sales target.
• Handle customer's complaints promptly.
• Report on competitive activities.
• Provide information on new market opportunities and competitive.
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of responsible product.
• Aggressively seek for new markets and new business.
• Analyze business opportunities and market situation.
• Design sales program to meet customer requirement.
• Co-ordinate with international 3M organization.
• Manage inventory.
• Build the company's image and convey the information between the customers and 3M.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience in Sales, Sales Engineer, Marketing, Sales Coordinator in Automotive industry or any related job functions.
• Proficient in verbal and written English (to communicate with) overseas customer and offices coordination. Japanese communication skill is preferred
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of technology products and services.
• Good analytical and ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP systems is a plus
• Have own car and driving license with occasionally visit customers in each month.
