Job Description:
Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world.
The Product Content Analyst will collect, load, and maintain product marketing data using the 3M GPIM (Hybris) and potentially other systems to meet business needs. This person is responsible for updating product marketing information at the SKU and other levels throughout the product lifecycle, with focus on completeness, accuracy, and re-use. They participate on corporate teams and projects to streamline and improve the product content management process.

The impact you will make in this role
- Creation and maintenance of New Products in systems of record.
- Load and manage product data in the 3M GPIM (Hybris) ecosystem to support businesses omni-channel digital presence.
- Prioritize and update products information accordingly if they are new additions, discontinuations, or modifications.
- Streamline processes.
- Prioritize requests according to business and customer needs, building strong relationships with internal and external customers following our Customer at Core vision.
- Follow established processes and enforce the use of proper processes related to data management/integrity and show autonomy to solve issues.
- Create specific values of characteristics to personalized configurable products through the official Material variant process using our system of record.
- Become an expert in 3M Global Product Hierarchy.
- Work closely with others to ensure project deadlines are met while keeping relevant stakeholders in-the-know.
- Collaborate regularly with business stakeholders, marketing and sales team, information architects, Division leads, e-Commerce teams, Data Pool Partners, Digital Operations Internal Teams, and other cross functional stakeholders, to raise awareness and understanding of digital product catalog structures and identify opportunities.
- Attend relevant Digital Operations and Corporate meetings, stay ahead, and collaborate with relevant topics, processes, best practices, etc.
- Create analytics and reports in respective space relevant to business and other stakeholders.
- Help on creating process documentation and keep it updated.
- Lead onboarding strategy/training for new team members.
- Provide training and coaching to team members.
- Lead or collaborate on continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with metrics reporting as needed by the organization (i.e Monthly or daily reports, Tiers)
- Support with administrative task identified by the Management Team. (Marketing Technology Digital Experience, Digital Operations, Product Content Operations)
- Communicate actively and transparently with Team lead about performance, projects progress, feedback.
- Act as a backup when a peer/Team lead is not able to perform the daily responsibilities.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Attaching an English CV is highly recommended.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems of record (e.g., SAP, Hybris, GGSM, HAMR, etc.)
- Communication skills in English.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish is preferred
- Knowledgeable about Global Product Hierarchy.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office package (required Excel Advanced. i.e., managing large data, formulas, formatting, pivot table, X lookup etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to ensure multiple tasks are completed by designated deadlines.
- Self-motivated, and able to work effectively as an individual, in cross-functional groups, and with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work with low supervision and with several different functions, across multiple levels in the organization is preferred.
- Flexible attitude and ability to work within a rapidly growing and changing organization.
- Skills: attention to detail, analytical, great communication, strong prioritization/time management, collaborative team player, troubleshooting.
- Confidence to work independently.
- Follow 3M Policies, values, and culture elements.
- Basic knowledge of Product Content environment.
