Job Description:
Achieves sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory. Position intended for individuals experienced in sales and who have demonstrated effective use of selling skills and have consistently achieved or exceeded forecast over a sustained period of time. Primarily, manages sales territory with periodic supervision and assistance. When necessary, requests or receives assistance in handling situations which require either greater or different experience or knowledge as needed.
Regular field call on key customers to address ongoing issues and collect intelligence timely.
Routine Channel operations and management , establish SKU, price applying ,forecast collect and release, delivery tracking, AR collection supporting etc.
Establish reasonable and stretchable account plans, meet with total operation plan
Report out spec win-rate and sales volume as request (usually daily and weekly).
Work with technical team to promote 3M OCA products and support sampling.
Align with Marquee teams to fulfill development scheme .

Sophisticated with sales internal team alignments , sharing business information and support team reports.
Harmonize different tier customers’ relationships and operations ,drive it to 3M business benefits
Explore new business opportunities
Actively contributes to the development of account business plans for CE OCA business including collection, verification, analysis of sales and market data
Coordinates with internal and external teams the execution of share gain programs and sales creation activities
