As an HR & Payroll Operations Team Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here you will make an impact by:
Leading the Payroll Operations team and overseeing the full scope of Payroll and HR Services operations for Poland.
Driving the end-to-end service stabilization plan for the country.
Spearheading process improvements and automation initiatives.
Collaborating with Global/Area Process Leaders and the Global/Area HR and Payroll Organization.
Ensuring the quality and timeliness of processes performed by the organization.
Handling service escalations and resolving complex issues.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll area or shared services organizations including team management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
Demonstrated skills in managing global processes and adoption to process enhancements.
Change management experience.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Project management experience and knowledge of project management methodologies.

Location: Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9
Work Your Way: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week/ 8 days per month in office
