学士号以上

営業及びマーケティングの経験が5年以上

<Role Overview>

As a member of the EC Sales team within the Consumer Business, you will drive sales growth through online channels and execute sales strategies in collaboration with Marketing and other relevant departments.

<Key Responsibilities>

Develop and execute sales strategies on EC platforms (e.g., Amazon, Rakuten).

Analyze sales, inventory, and advertising performance, and implement improvement measures.

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.

Plan, propose, and execute promotional activities.

<Impact / Expected Outcomes>

Contribute to sales growth and enhanced brand recognition through the effective implementation of EC strategies.

<Requirements / Qualifications>

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Experience in data analysis using Excel and BI tools.

Business-level Japanese communication skills.

Growth mindset.

<Preferred / Nice-to-have>

Experience in sales on online marketplaces such as Amazon or Rakuten.

Experience in advertising management and promotional planning.

Team management experience.

English communication skills.

<Soft Skills>

Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capability to proactively identify and solve problems.
