职能描述：

1. 负责3M商业楼宇产品（建筑装饰、建筑玻璃隔热及安全），在华南地区（粤、桂、琼、闽、赣）的市场推广、项目开发，以及渠道拓展与销售，完成既定销售指标；

2. 与现有客户保持密切联系，并完成新终端及渠道客户的开发，建立长期稳定的业务合作关系；

3. 拓展全国性/行业性重点业务机会，专注公司的产品核心竞争力，开拓新的业务模式；

4. 通过与项目业主、设计公司、承建商等客户的沟通及合作，在项目中提供解决方案，完成 3M方案标准的导入，并开拓更多的商业楼宇项目；

5. 了解行业及产品知识与相关标准，并带领合作伙伴组织并开展产品、工艺、应用的专业研讨会，以及相关技术交流培训；

6. 管理并持续发展新渠道，包括经销商、分销商及服务商渠道；

7. 执行部门制定的市场策略和计划，配合市场人员搜集市场信息并执行各种产品宣传活动； 8. 按时准确地完成公司规定的相关日常工作，积极主动地向主管经理汇报市场信息和客户反馈；

9. 配合应用工程师解决客户产品技术及应用开发问题，并向客户提供适当的技术支持；

10. 完成主管经理安排的其他相关工作。

任职要求：

1. 全日制大学本科或以上学历

2. 八年以上销售与项目开发维护经验，谙熟渠道拓展与管理，五年以上商业楼宇或建材产品销售经验，具有商业建筑幕墙、冷暖通、饰面板行业相关行业及项目销售经验者优先；

3. 具有丰富的大客户/终端项目开发管理经验，以及招投标经验；

4. 优秀的计划性，执行能力强，能独立策划并落实方案研讨会和技术交流培训；

5. 优秀的终端客户/设计公司沟通能力、销售和谈判技巧，及跨部门协作能力；

6. 工作勤奋、努力，有优秀的时间和区域工作管理能力；

7. 抗压能力强，能承受较高的工作压力，并充分适应辖区内的工作差旅；

8. 良好的英语听说读写能力和计算机应用能力。
