As an important Sales Account Representative for the Energy Global Commercial team, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leads sales pipeline and program to achieve growth.
- Identify, qualify and develop opportunities to drive spec-in with CRM sales tools.
- Deepening customer relationships throughout sales process and win together.
- Executing with portfolio and marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Keep informed about industry developments, competitor actions, and customer preferences.
- Deliver high-performance and a performance-driven sales culture.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or Engineering)
- Five (5) years of senior sales or technical sales role with proven success track record in a private, public, government or military environment
- Possessed experience in the oil & gas Industry or related companies/technologies
- Possessed experience in plastics processing industry including polymer processing additives or related technologies
- Possessed experience in metallization Industry or related companies/technologies
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with government or semi-government agencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and global teams
- Willingness to travel.
