Job Description:

1.To facilitate the implementation of site specific EHS programs and more
spontaneous engineering support in such areas as code and standards
interpretation.
2.Uses engineering skills and knowledge of engineering concepts, procedures
and methods to resolve EHS issues.
3.Functional discipline in environmental, health and safety assurance, industrial
hygiene, ergonomics, fire protection, etc.
4.Project Management. Initiates and completes activities leading to new or
improved methods or processes which have significant impact potential at a
program or project level within the assigned area of responsibility. Participates
in safety projects by working with management to define project parameters.

EHS Engineer（Occupational Health & Ergonomics Focus）

• 支援 EHS 管理系統之推動與合規維護。

• 執行危害辨識、風險評估與控制措施導入。

• 進行作業環境監測、暴露評估與改善規劃。

• 依公司要求方法進行人因工程評估與改善。

• 協助事故調查、EHS 訓練、稽核及文件管理。

• 與跨部門團隊及外部機構保持有效溝通。

資格條件：

• 大學以上環工、職安衛、公衛或相關化學背景。

• 具 EHS、職業衛生或人因工程相關經驗尤佳。

• 熟悉 EHS 法規，具備風險評估與改善能力。

• 良好跨部門協作及溝通能力。

• 具備良好英文聽說讀寫能力（可用於文件撰寫與跨國溝通）。

• 具 EHS 相關專業證照者佳。
