We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Asset Management Analyst! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing the accuracy and quality of digital assets across multiple platforms at 3M.
You’ll work closely with corporate product information and digital asset management systems to oversee content throughout the product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction (NPI) to end-of-life.
The right candidate will be a fast learner, comfortable navigating complex systems, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
The Impact You’ll Make in This Role:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (DAM, Imaging, Product Content, Marketing, Sales, eCommerce) to ensure smooth processes and raise awareness; participate in daily meetings and project planning.
- Prioritize digital assets and imaging requests based on business and customer needs; identify and recommend reuse opportunities.
- Validate assets and images against established guidelines; collect accurate metadata.
- Upload and link digital assets and images in the corporate system of record; assist with reporting metrics (daily, monthly, tiers).
- Create and maintain process documentation; lead onboarding/training, provide coaching, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist with management assigned administrative tasks.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in Product Content and/or Digital Asset Management environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems of record such as SAP, Hybris, Adobe, HAMR, etc.
- Experience with or understanding of global product hierarchy structures and their business relevance.
- Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, and XLOOKUPs.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision, while also knowing when to collaborate and align with other areas.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, with the employee expected to be in the office at least four days per week in Sumaré/SP.
