Job Description:

Channel Leader - Automotive Aftermarket Division

This role is responsible for leading the growth, and strategic development of the Automotive Aftermarket business in the Philippines. The position oversees channel strategy, distributor development, sales execution, and market expansion initiatives to ensure sustained business performance in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop the national channel and distribution strategy aligned with regional business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities across priority segments, products, and geographic areas.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to regional leadership to shape portfolio, go‑to‑market, and investment decisions.

Channel & Distributor Management

• Select, onboard, and develop distributors to ensure strong capability, reach, and performance.
• Conduct regular business reviews covering pipeline development, inventory health, forecasting accuracy, and sales capability.
• Strengthen distributor execution through training, joint business planning, and sales enablement programs.

Sales Execution & Customer Development

• Lead the execution of sales programs, promotions, and campaigns to drive market penetration.
• Engage directly with key customers, workshops, retail channels, as necessary to build relationships and unlock new revenue streams.
• Collaborate to implement demand‑generation activities and product launch plans.

Operational & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with supply chain and customer service teams to optimize product availability, demand forecasting, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the Automotive Aftermarket business in internal reviews, cross‑functional meetings, and regional discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in automotive aftermarket sales, channel management, or distribution leadership within the Philippines.
• Strong understanding of the aftermarket ecosystem (distributors, workshops, retailers).
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and implementing channel strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and business relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines as required.
