Job Description:

As part of 3M’s global eTransformation initiative, the Digital Operations Team has an exciting opportunity. The Digitization Analyst will support innovative processes regarding the information architecture, design, development and management of all product content, website, and application development efforts in the Asia region. This position will govern the digitization processes that all business groups will follow for the development & maintenance of all digital content to be used on internal (i.e. websites, online stores) and external (i.e. channel partners) digital platforms

Specifically, you will:

Be responsible in supporting processes, governance & execution pertaining to 3M’s product information management systems and website development platforms in Asia, while aligning with local, regional & global practices.

Product Information Analysis, Digitization & Management

• Support digitization requests to keep both B2B and B2C Product Catalogues of the 3M company accurate and up-to-date:
  • A. Asset uploads, syndication, sales-aid requests
  • B. Product specification updates
  • C. Product information report extracts
    
• Provide guidance to local teams on product catalog digitization and prioritization across all content needs (i.e. eCommerce, 3M.com websites, channel partners, etc.)
• Provide onboarding and technical training to new hires for Digital Operations including new hire LSO and certification courses.
• Champion digitization process & master internal systems to support requests such as content readiness reports, complete syndication requests & internal digitization requirements.
• Support QA efforts for product information accuracy and consistency. Active and proactive participation in trainings and self-training from new technologies and functionalities in used tools.
• Ensures adherence to 3M policies, guidelines, and procedures as required for the effectiveness and quality of the services provided.
• Continuous improvement of processes.
• Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives.

You will be successful by:

• Supporting processes through your product information digitization and management experiences including administrative expertise on corporate digital solutions, team-work and project management skills.
• Understanding 3M’s product information management systems, its architecture and available solutions that support product data and digital information maintenance and syndication for internal and external use.
• Providing comprehensive consulting to business and project teams, as it relates to product data and digital asset management and development.
• Establishing objectives and metrics and transparency in results.
• Communicating with multiple stakeholders on key learning, project statuses and results on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2 or more years of experience in managing product information management and analysis systems for web or application development (Hybris, Adobe Suite, SAP Luminar, Adobe Analytics)
• Strong Excel skills to analyze product data and digitize fast in utilization of global product information sourcing in an effective manner
• Ability to understand technical design features and technical architecture as it relates to website and content development
• Experience in driving operational excellence with multi-functional teams
• Passion for improving own knowledge and skills and maintaining up-to-date web technology knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills with proven success building relationships across all levels, internally and externally, including influencing senior decision makers
• Experience analyzing and applying data to make decisions
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Thai language (Read/ Write/ Speak)
