The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Plant Financial Analyst (m/f/*) for Hilden Plant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Ensuring compliance with 3M’s Global Financial Standards
- Performing month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial results
- Providing insights and developing predictive analytics on financial performance to support the local plant team in improving COGS and managing productivity and yield projects
- Supporting plant and business teams through annual forecasting of the Operating Plan and Monthly Estimates
- Ensuring that current SKUs have appropriate standard costs during the annual re-costing process
- Conducting in-depth unit cost analyses for NPIs and projects
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in (completed and verified prior to start).
- Previous experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- Strong communication skills, including fluent German and good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Job specifics:
- On Site job in Neuss, Germany with regular visits to Hilden Plant
