Job Description:

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Americas Treasury Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

The impact you will make in this role

• Maintaining regional treasury operations, including 90-day rolling cash forecasts, daily cash positioning & management, operating with team across multiple workstreams.

• Lead initiatives regionally, to transform various aspects of the treasury operating model such as regional cash management transformation

• Leverage knowledge of treasury technology & systems (such as Kyriba, SWIFT, Power BI, SAP etc) to automate and improve current processes as well as to implement a new Treasury Management System

• Partner with peers around the world to develop and implement strategies to leverage marketplace treasury innovations

• Partnering with business functions to provide proactive finance guidance to influence business thinking related to cash management

• Participating (both as a team member and a leader) in global change management projects across cash and banking, partnering with related stakeholders and organizations (both internal and external) where applicable and preparing Treasury dashboards and reports; partnering with other treasury / finance areas to support closing cycles

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher concluded, preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting

• At least 4 years of treasury experience (specifically Cash Management)

• Cash management system experience in treasury management software like Kyriba

• Fluent in English (written / verbal), intermediate/advanced

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge and experience on cash and liquidity management activities across the Americas markets (such as US, Mexico, Canada).

• Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and escalate issues appropriately.

• Experience supporting transformation of a global treasury organization, leveraging best practices and industry trends.

• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to navigate complex and ambiguous problems, problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of LEAN management principles or LEAN certification

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

​Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M office in Santa Fe, CDMX.
