Product Content Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Enhanced Content Product Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that below the fold product content - including images, videos, comparison charts - is created, governed, published, and maintained through Syndigo. The work supports digital commerce growth, retailer compliance, and a consistent brand experience across all channels.
The impact you will make in this role
Provides day-to-day support for Syndigo enriched content workflows (upload, image, validate, publish, troubleshoot)
Governs enriched content standards (templates, required fields, naming conventions, compliance rules)
Enables Retailers / channels for below the fold / A+ content distribution
Partners closely with eCommerce creative team to understand brand and content strategies
Completes content quality checks, triages issues, and manages defects
Works closely with Customer Success partner at Syndigo, providing system enhancements and understanding evolving capabilities
Leverages Enhanced Content SME for prioritization, tool optimization, and general support
Updates core business processes and RACI to inform backup resources
Gathers reporting and KPIs (publish success rate, completeness, timeliness, retailer acceptance) in partnership with Syndigo
Your skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university is preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Strong working knowledge and experience in Enhanced Product Content, Content management design and delivery platforms.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Prior experience in CPG companies is preferred
Hands-on Syndigo administration and troubleshooting (or equivalent content syndication tools)
Product content governance, digital shelf best practices, retailer compliance knowledge
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management and Product Information Management tools and concepts
Data fluency: attributes, hierarchies, validations, mappings, feeds
Exposure to Product Hierarchies and terms like SKU, GTIN, UPC, product identifiers etc.
Cross-functional coordination, issue triage, and vendor management
Strong documentation and training capability
Work Location: This position follows an on-site working model, meaning the employee is required to perform their duties at the GSC Costa Rica, located at Centro Corporativo El Cafetal, Belén, Heredia. However, depending on the company´s needs and operational capabilities, a flexible on-site schedule may be permitted. At present, employees are expected to work from the office one day per week, to foster collaboration and maintain team connection. Nevertheless, the required on-site presence may be adjusted in the future and could increase to several days per week, depending on business needs and operational priorities. The company will communicate any such changes in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
