The Impact You Will Make in this Role
As a Supplier Performance Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Evaluate supplier performance processes, identify gaps in tools, metrics, and systems, and develop and optimize more robust processes.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions by consultation and understanding business processes
- Support the creation and implementation of a globally standardized process for managing the supplier lifecycle. This process is intended to proactively identify risk from new supplier onboarding through supplier exit due to low spend or elevated risk.
- Develop standardized self-service reporting, analytics & automated data workflows to deliver insight at scale
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) master data into analytical datasets
- Training, testing, data governance, and operational support
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Deep knowledge in Power BI, must understand SAP and also a familiarity in AI
- Supplier management experience or in areas such as Logistics, Procurement, Planning or similar.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Knowledge of business processes and systems functionality within a procurement, planning or logistics function
- Experience with SAP Hana, Snowflake, and/or SQL Server
- Track record of intellectual curiosity and process improvement/automation, with an ability to influence and persuade cross functional team through data
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the Sumaré, Brazil site.
