The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Working Student (m/f/*) in Digital Marketing, Social Media & E-Commerce in Neuss, you will support key digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives in a dynamic consumer business environment.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the Meguiar’s brand in digital marketing and e-commerce activities

• Planning and creating social media content for Facebook and Instagram

• Managing organic posting and content moderation

• Supporting paid media campaigns and event-related social media activities

• Helping optimize webshop content and key product portfolios

• Supporting digital campaigns, including keywords and landing pages

• Assisting with product advisor implementation and Where to Buy onboarding

• Supporting online retail media and marketplace setup initiatives

Your Skills and Expertise

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

Minimum qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Media, Communication, Business or a related field

• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce and online brand communication

• A proactive, structured, data driven and reliable way of working

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders

• Very good written and spoken English

• Good written and spoken German

Preferred qualifications:

• First experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, e-commerce, or paid media

• Basic understanding of webshop content, digital campaigns, SEO, keywords, and landing pages

• Interest in consumer brands, automotive, car care, or lifestyle products

• Affinity for digital trends, online consumer journeys, and marketplace environments

Job specifics:

• Work location: For this role, we are looking for candidates who can commute to the 3M office in Neuss.
