Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. **New product introduction (NPI) based on local hopper and pipeline development**
- Explore local leading customer based NPI hopper.
- Drive business case & pipeline for more NPI landing.
- Manage landed NPI to launch process with launch package.
- Accelerate NPI commercialization excellence, once launched.
2. **Portfolio Strategy & Financial Management**
- As the portfolio owner, manage the product, price, place & promotion of the portfolio.
- Responsible for margin optimization, as well as good support for sales growth.
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy for CWF & PPF portfolio in the local market.
- Develop differentiated value propositions for key technologies and solutions, aligning with customer needs and industry trends.
3. **Demand generation based on market-driven Insights & segmentation tactics**
- Conduct competitive analysis and market segmentation to identify growth opportunities in the strategic verticals, to generate new demand.
- Monitor trends in new car sales retail market and major competitors’ dynamics and translate technical capabilities into customer-centric messaging, through working with core customers.
- Customer Engagement through webinars, and campaigns targeting end customers including Pro Shops and car owners.
4. ** Integrated marketing campaigns targeting consumers**
- Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across key social platforms (e.g. RED, Douyin), with a strong focus on driving traffic, conversion, and measurable business outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze social performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategic optimization.
5. **Cross-Functional Alignment & Marketing Professionalism**
- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to drive product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Partner with applications engineering to create technical collateral (whitepapers, case studies, demos) that highlight performance, yield, and cost benefits.
- Marcom activities and selling tools development.
Basic Qualifications
**Education: ** Bachelor’s/Master’s in Materials Science or Marketing.
**Experience: **
- 5+ years in product/portfolio marketing, technical marketing, or strategic business development, within consumer-facing industries preferred.
- Rich experience of launching new products from 0~1, and commercialize new products from 1~100.
**Skills: **
- Proven ability to develop new products based on local customer needs.
- Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences (local manufacturing, technical engineers, procurement and end users).
- Expertise in advanced packaging trends.
- Proficiency of marketing competency for Marcomm management, through using e-tools like Salesforce, SEO/SEM platforms, and other selling tools for leads tracking.
- Strong social performance and media analysis capabilities, with hands-on experience in paid media execution, optimization, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Strong in functional team communication, and problem solving ability.
- 25% time of travelling
**Mindset: ** Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach; ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
**Language: ** Fluent English (written/spoken).
