The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global Payroll Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Support global payroll production by managing PICOF and PECI integrations, handling related activities, and monitoring logs to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
- Maintain and support payroll interfaces for remote stipends, Everyday Wins, and cash recognition programs.
- Analyze integration data to identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Support system enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with global payroll vendors, IT, and HR Operations to address integration needs, resolve issues, and support end‑to‑end payroll processes.
- Provide clear and timely updates to internal and external stakeholders on issues, findings, and recommended solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by streamlining integrations, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring accuracy across payroll activities.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Master degree in Payroll, Human Resources and/or Finance
- 6–8 years of Payroll Software Experience
- Experience on Payroll integration.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday (US), ADP (APAC), or Strate (EMEA).
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills & strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
