Job Description:

Job Summary:
Independently establish, implement, train and audit safety and environmental policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:
§ Work with EHS Team to conduct EHS Self-assessment and evaluation, internal audit, identify gap and develop action plan to continual improve EHS management system in HF Plant.
§ Independently develop and implement training programs related to EHS for plant personnel and act as a fundamental resource for manufacturing/engineering personnel related to EHS issues when needed;
§ Assist in auditing the safety and environmental programs and implementing corrective actions for continuous EHS improvement;
§ Coordinate and communicate with government agency to obtain the necessary permit related to EHS for the plant operation;
§ Coordinate the implementation of 3M EHS procedure and program in HF Plant;
§ Actively involve in new project and new equipment risk assessment.
§ Able to lead incident investigation, root cause identification, corrective and preventive action develop and follow-up with other responsible.
§ Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Basic Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s degree or above with major in EHS related field;
§ 5+ years related experience in a multi-national manufacturing company;
§ Familiar with laws and regulations of local government and administrative bureaus in EHS area;
§ Familiar with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems;
§ Good communication skill in English and Chinese.
§ Good PC skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
§ Possess safety management experience is preferred;
§ Fire system management experience is preferred.
