The Impact You’ll Make in This Role

As a Regional FP&A Analyst - Asia Consumer Business Group, you will play a key role in supporting financial performance and business decision-making across key markets in Asia, including Taiwan. You will work closely with business and finance stakeholders to provide insights, strengthen reporting, and help drive planning discipline across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with hands-on reporting expertise, including the ability to build Power BI dashboards from scratch and turn complex data into clear business insights.

In this role, you will:

• Support weekly and monthly business performance reviews, financial reporting, and management analysis
• Prepare timely and accurate analysis to support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes
• Monitor and analyse spending across Field Sales, Marketing, and AdMerch to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with local business teams on financial reviews and approval processes related to rebates, MDF, and PDRs
• Analyse key commercial and financial metrics including A/R, DSO, portfolio mix, price changes, and performance trends
• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch to improve visibility, reporting efficiency, and decision support
• Work closely with country Business Finance leaders and Global FP&A teams to streamline processes and enhance analytical capabilities
• Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong foundation in finance, advanced analytical capability, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across functions and countries. You should be comfortable working with data, identifying insights, and presenting analysis that supports practical business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified prior to start
• Five (5) years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, business analytics, or related finance roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable financial insights
• Proven experience building Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Experience in a Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or FP&A role
• Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools such as Power BI, Webi, and SQL
• Experience with Longview is an advantage
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic regional environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across markets in Asia, including Taiwan
