The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Sales Team Manager – Czech Republic, Slovakia & Hungary at Industrial Adhesive and Tapes Division you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 6 sales professionals across Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.

  • Building a connected, high-performing team culture based on trust, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Driving execution of division strategy across the region through strong coaching, performance management, and clear priorities.

  • Assessing territory setup, team focus, and commercial practices to identify opportunities for growth and improved effectiveness.

  • Partnering with regional and EMEA leadership to align on business priorities and support delivery of growth objectives.

  • Promoting better ways of working by challenging the status quo and encouraging adoption of new tools, technologies, and approaches.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and people management. Experience coaching teams, managing performance, and developing talent.

  • Experience leading teams and working effectively in a remote, geographically dispersed, and multicultural environment.

  • Experience managing a multi-country or regional territory.

  • Strong analytical skills, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.

  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, sales forecasting, and business reporting. Openness to AI tools and digital technologies that improve productivity and sales effectiveness.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • 10+ years of sales or commercial experience, ideally adhesives, tapes, bonding, or related technical products.

  • Experience with customer segmentation and territory planning.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive regional execution.

  • Project and change management experience.

Job specifics:

  • Location Information: Czech Republic

  • Territory Responsibility: EMEA/Emerging Market/ Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

  • Travel expectations up to 50% (domestic /international mainly in responsible countries)

  • Working pattern: full time

  • Remuneration details: excellent benefits package + SIP
