The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As the EMEA Marketing Communications Manager for the Consumer Business Group across the EMEA Region, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Serve as the EMEA Marketing Communications Manager and brand expert for Scotch™, Post-it®, Scotch-Brite™, Command™, ScotchBlue™, Viscoplast™, and Futuro™, leading strategy and execution to drive growth and strengthen brand performance across the region. This role leads and develops a team of CX specialists, delivers locally relevant and insight-led campaigns, builds a social-first and integrated marketing approach, and partners closely with country and global teams to ensure communications, content, and campaign toolkits meet commercial objectives and consumer needs across EMEA.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading and developing a team of four CX specialists to deliver high-impact consumer campaigns across EMEA.
Owning one brand end-to-end, including strategy, planning, activation, and performance measurement, to support growth targets.
Driving a more locally relevant CX model, rooted in country priorities, insights, and business objectives.
Building a social-first marketing approach, including always-on content, creator partnerships, community management, and social commerce where relevant.
Strengthening collaboration with country teams through joint planning, shared priorities, and faster feedback loops.
Delivering integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, with clear roles, measurable outcomes, and continuous optimization.
Leading agency partners across creative, media, social, PR, and production, ensuring strong performance and governance.
Managing the CX budget with clear ROI focus, investment transparency, and effective reallocation where needed.
Developing measurement frameworks and dashboards linked to brand and commercial performance.
Partnering with Global teams to shape toolkits, assets, and future campaign development for EMEA needs.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Significant experience in brand, integrated, or consumer marketing within CPG or other leading consumer brand environments.
Proven people leadership and strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
Experience developing locally relevant, insight-led campaigns aligned to business objectives.
Strong expertise in social-first strategy and integrated campaign delivery across channels.
Strong analytical skills, including campaign measurement, KPI tracking, and turning insights into action.
Fluent in English; additional major EMEA language skills are an advantage. Please provide an English version of your CV.
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience working in an EMEA hub-and-spoke model across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.
Strong media strategy capability across channels, with a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to optimization and ROI.
Experience managing always-on content operations, localization, and asset reuse.
Familiarity with brand tracking, creative testing, and attribution or incrementality measurement.
Experience driving agile marketing ways of working.
Retail media or ecommerce marketing experience is an advantage.

This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office.
