Job Description:
Seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to support growth in the Illuminated Films and Digital Print Films segment. This role will focus on developing business with graphics converters and managing strategic key accounts. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial experience in graphics, print, and converter channels, along with the ability to build lasting customer relationships and drive profitable growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue for 3M illuminated films and digital films.
Build and maintain strong relationships with graphics converters, fabricators, and other channel partners.
Manage and expand strategic key accounts, identifying new opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
Work closely with customers to understand application needs, market trends, and business challenges.
Promote product value propositions, including performance, quality, durability, and application support.
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to deliver strong customer solutions.
Identify competitive activity, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the graphics industry.
Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for leadership review.
Support customer presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in alignment with company policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven sales experience in graphics, signage, print media, illuminated films, digital films, or related materials.
Demonstrated experience working with graphics converters and converter sales channels.
Experience managing key accounts and delivering measurable business growth.
Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into sales actions.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the graphic films, signage, or visual communications industry.
Knowledge of illuminated signage applications, digital print workflows, and converter operations.
Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
Track record of successfully launching or expanding specialty film products in the market.
