Job Description:

3M Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. is seeking an Regional Channel Marketing Intern (m/f/*) for the Marketing Department in Turkey. This opportunity is intended for students who are required to complete a compulsory internship as part of their academic program. The internship is designed to provide practical workplace experience aligned with the student’s field of study and academic learning objectives within a complex, multi-country marketing organization in the Emerging Markets region. The role will focus on supervised support within the Regional Channel Marketing team and is intended to provide structured learning exposure in a professional, international environment.

Specific tasks and responsibilities

• Observe and gain exposure to the day-to-day activities of the Channel Marketing Department.

• Provide supervised support to ongoing project activities

• Assist with organizing, maintaining, and updating project files, documents, and assets.

• Support the preparation and formatting of approved materials for internal or external use.

• Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program relevant to the internship assignment, such as Business, Business Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

• Internship must be compulsory as part of the student’s academic curriculum

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a complex, multi-country organization

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Good command of Turkish and English.
