Your role and responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Process Control CCM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) solutions to join our CFIN team. The role will be responsible for driving control automation, governance, and monitoring initiatives across P2P, O2C, R2R, ITGC processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP GRC Process Control, control monitoring frameworks, stakeholder management, and compliance-driven solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Control Owners and Functional Consultants to design and implement Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) solutions. Drive onboarding, automation, and optimization of ITGC, P2P,O2C,R2R business process controls to strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance monitoring.
• Manage the complete CCM implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, and ongoing support. Design and implement CCM rules by defining monitoring logic, execution frequency, thresholds, scope, and exception criteria.
• Configure and maintain CCM controls, data sources, workflows, notifications, escalation mechanisms, and scheduling within SAP GRC Process Control. Establish and govern CCM standards, methodologies, naming conventions, operating procedures, and implementation guidelines.
• Oversee the exception management process, including workflow design, escalation procedures, remediation tracking, and management reporting. Support internal and external audits by providing control documentation, testing evidence, walkthroughs, and responses to audit queries.
• Monitor and report CCM performance through defined KPIs, including control coverage, execution success rates, exception trends, and remediation metrics. Guide control owners in exception analysis, root cause identification, and remediation activities.

Additional Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of broader SAP GRC Process Control capabilities beyond Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM), including Surveys and Assessments, Policy Management.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance, risk management, and compliance processes by leveraging the full suite of SAP GRC Process Control capabilities.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and governance forums, providing guidance on CCM capabilities, monitoring approaches, implementation best practices, and optimal monitoring/reporting solutions aligned with business, compliance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with significant expertise in SAP GRC Process Control and Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM).
• Proven experience designing and implementing CCM solutions across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Master Data, and IT processes. Strong understanding of SAP business processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, ITGC, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CCM rule configuration, data sources, business rules, exception management, report logic validation, and SAP GRC Process Control integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and other enterprise applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and its integration with S/4HANA.
• Understanding of SAP Finance (FI/CO) module processes.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for SAP (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
