Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

This role is contributing to the ELDS in Egypt. Main stakeholders are ELDS Manufacturing Plants in EG.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
• Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
• Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.
• Architect, support and administer technical business applications and related services.
• Design and manage IAM - Identity and Access Management and UAM - User Access Management processes, including user onboarding, access requests, and role management for relevant applications
• Architect, Configure and support interfaces, integrations, and data transfers between systems.
• Contribute to application implementation, upgrades, and infrastructure-related projects.
• Investigate and resolve application, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience with IS applications architecture and overall architecture governance
• You have 5 years of experience, BSc in Computer Science, Master degree preferred.
• You are innovative around communicating and interacting with system end users and other IT areas.
• Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of SQL, SFTP, RPGLe, Java, Python, PHP, C++, C, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern development tools.
• Experience in application support, administration, or IT operations.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and User Access Management (UAM).
• Understanding of system integrations, interfaces, APIs, and data transfer processes.
• Familiarity with hosting environments and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
