Team Lead - Data Analytics and BI

The HR Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for transforming complex HR and workforce data into actionable insights that support strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and excellent communication skills to partner with global HR and business stakeholders.

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate workforce and business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
• Perform advanced workforce data analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and key insights that support business decision-making.
• Apply data mining and statistical techniques to uncover hidden patterns, validate hypotheses, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
• Develop and maintain predictive analytics models to forecast workforce metrics including attrition, retention, hiring demand, absenteeism, diversity, succession, and workforce planning.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to automate insight generation, identify key drivers, and provide proactive recommendations.
• Deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses to support strategic planning and workforce management decisions.
• Collaborate with global HR and business leaders to translate analytical findings into compelling business narratives through effective data storytelling, presentations, and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications for the role:

• 3–6 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) such as Workday, or similar HR systems
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
