This position reports to

R&D Team Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Development of embedded software for medium voltage drives in C++
  • Conduct multiple layer testing, including hardware-in-the-loop simulations of power electronic systems
  • Effectively work with cross-functional teams, including physics, control algorithms design, software, and system engineering
  • Lead relevant design and development tasks; provide technical leadership; coordinate with other people
  • Analysis of technical documentation and electrical schemes for drive systems and testing infrastructure
  • Occasional international travel to our R&D center, production sites, and customers

Your background

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation and Robotics
  • At least 2 years of professional experience with embedded software development in C/C++, preferably with power electronics
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Experience with GIT and knowledge of continuous integration systems (Jenkins) is a plus
  • Understanding converter control theory is a plus
  • Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in an Agile team environment, with strong problem-analysis and solving skills
  • Strong desire to learn and share knowledge
