Electrification Sustainability Internship Program - Ecodesign

We are offering to outstanding students the chance to join our multidisciplinary team of researchers in the field of Circularity and Sustainability. In the frame of a six-month internship in Smart Power division, you will be able to put theory into practice by contributing to our projects on Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and Ecodesign in product development. The position will be based in Bergamo (Italy). Make it your story!

Your responsibilities

• Assess the environmental impact of a product throughout its entire life cycle. LCA modeling with SimaPro software tool.
• Identify the ecodesign principles applicable to new product design. Optimize environmental performances with life cycle thinking approach. Calculate upstream emissions with data sourced from suppliers.

Your background

• Master’s degree student in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, chemical, materials, environmental).
• Experience in LCA modeling using SimaPro software. Knowledge and passion about circularity and sustainability.
• Experience on Ecodesign and life cycle thinking. Fluent command of English, both written and spoken. Enthusiastic, self-motivated mindset and ability to work independently. Highly conscientious individual with keen sense of responsibility.
