In our Electrification Area, in Distribution Solutions division located in Dalmine, we are looking for an Internship Mechanical Industrialization who will become part of the industrialization department, dealing with medium voltage products. You will report to the Production Development Manager. This position reports to
Production Engineering Manager
Your responsibilities
- Edit and review assembly cycles for all the products by following the new logics of lean production and the new safety protocol ABRA;
- Assign indexes and values in order to evaluate the assembly cycle;
- Create and update visual BOM (bill of material);
- Process technical documentation received from R&D department in order to arrange pieces variation, thermal treatments and change of materials;
- Support the industrialization in everyday activities;
- Monitor and review assembly times assigned to different products by the evaluation and analysis of eventual “bottle necks” within the production process.
Your background
- Student in Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Energetic, Automation engineering;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macro, pivot, etc.);
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English both written and spoken;
- Knowledge of a CAD for technical design (Soldiworks, Inventor or similar);
- Motivation, organization skills, team work skills and precision will complete your profile;
