As a Logistics Intern for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for supporting controlling & order handling team in documenting, administrative tasks and other event organizing tasks. Reporting to Logistics Manager, you will be preparing delivery notice, delivery note, goods exit permit, payment request and overdue notice. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Your responsibilities

• Receiving mails and classifying documents before sending to customers, accountants and forwarders
• Preparing customers and vendors’ code request
• Checking bonds and billing group list
• Supporting in reminding customers of due date
• Handling non-trading shipment and packing carton for exports
• Collecting signatures and stamps for relevant documents
• Handling over goods and documents to customers located in HCMC

Your background

• Senior Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in international business administration/commerce or other related majors
• Accumulative GPA is minimum at 7.0/10 or 2.5/4.0
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Pay high attention to details and honest
• Able to take initiatives, and willingness to grow
• Fluent in English and computer literacy
