As a Project Manager for Process Automation Business Area in Xi’An, Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for satisfying the exact requirements of Projects, providing technical excellence and guarantee on-time performance.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring the project is completed on time
• Ensuring the client specification is met
• Coordinating all appropriate support and services from the company
• Organizing a project team and assigning specialists from involved areas
• Acting as a single point contact, both, internally and externally to the customer
• Dedicating himself to the assigned project until all commitments of the contract are fulfilled to the customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with the assembly to make sure that changes and upgrades will be implemented in the assembly process
• Participating in the development of the Product with representatives from other Sections within the company, and sales and service, to ensure that performance standards meet customer requirements

Your background

• Bs / Ba in electrical or a related discipline
• At least 8 years’ experience in Project Management in a Power Electronics manufacturing environment
• Familiar with being driven by customer's requirements
• Familiar with all aspects of Project Management such as but not limited to organizational skills, safety thinking, systemic thinking, quality oriented, customer focus
• Familiar with PC, MS Office, Email (ideally with Lotus Notes), Internet
• Ability to communicate all aspects of the technical requirements to different departments within the company and externally
• The ability to read / write and communicate in English
