ABB, the world's leading automation and energy technology company, is looking for an experienced On-Site Manager for its Robotics unit. The On-Site Manager (m/f) will be responsible for the management and implementation of the construction of robotic workplace projects at the customers' sites. Comprehensive construction security in terms of deadlines, costs, quality and technical solution and, of course, communication with the customer and human resources management of our own team on site. This position assumes experience in the organization of medium and large projects in the field of industrial production.

Your responsibilities

• Nomination of OM of a given business case
• Participation in the preparation and management of the project schedule
• Study and understanding of complete contractual documentation
• Management of the pre-installation phase of the project on ABB premises, communication with the customer
• Management of the installation phase of the project at the customer's premises, communication with the customer
• Coordination of construction and human resources (of all parties involved in the project)
• Ordering Project Material (construction)
• Supervision of the safety of work of all parties
• Construction documentation

Your background

• Secondary school/university education (mechanical engineering or electrical engineering is an advantage)
• Experience in leading the construction of projects in the field of industrial production
• Professional approach with customer orientation
• Organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team and communicate with other team members
• Active knowledge of English is a prerequisite, a second language is an advantage
• Driving licence group B and willingness to travel
