The key mission of Procurement Process Excellence & Digital Transformation is to secure governance and high standards in our backbone processes, integrate systematic risk management and compliance practices across all LBLs and Platforms, as well as to develop procurement systems and data to drive an outstanding customer experience and enhance value creation. Are you ready to contribute to the digital transformation of our Procurement Processes in the Demand and Supply Chain function? During this internship, you will be part of our international team and you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of procurement processes and digital transformation, and improve your skills in project administration and coordination, communication, working with data, compilation of reports, as well as a wide range or organizational and problem-solving skills. This role reports to the Head of Procurement Process Excellence & Digital Transformation, Robotics & Discrete Automation and will be based in Switzerland.

Your responsibilities

• Support in policy and process reviews and gap analysis.
• Coordination and support on day-to-day project management activities.
• Support in collection and processing of data.
• Support in monitoring and processing all project statuses.
• Logistical support in meetings, workshops and other events.
• Support in preparation of project reports and presentations, drafting correspondences.
• Assisting in maintaining project repositories and intranet site.
• Performing other duties as may be assigned.

Your background

• Ongoing or recently completed Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Experience with PMO, project coordination and/or administration, preferably in an international environment, would be advantageous.
• Strong sense of duty and responsibility.
• Passion about the details and willingness to work according to standards and quality requirements.
• Ability to interact effectively and build cooperative relationships with different parties.
• Ability to work with MS Office apps (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Ability to organize own work and to work independently, as well as work in a team.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in English
• Non-EU/EFTA citizens, please note that a certificate from your university, showing that an internship is a mandatory part of your studies, is required for the visa application
• EU citizens are permitted to undertake internships within the 12 months following their graduation
