Working as a vital member of the Project Execution team you will be assisting project managers to coordinate and execute projects and effectively communicating appropriate project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholders. Besides you can be part of global projects. In this role you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

Your responsibilities

• Analyzing planned versus actual performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager.
• Gathering technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals and project reviews.
• Updating project cost adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in relevant Project Controls systems.
• Monitoring, controlling, and releasing requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager.
• Controlling project documentation accuracy and consistency, in line with procedures.
• Developing your project management skills while working alongside project managers, engineers, technicians, and support teams.

Your background

• Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
• Two years of experience working in similar positions.
• Knowledge in electrical field.
• Experience working with software as primavera p6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of project management techniques, processes, and tools.
• A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
• A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Advanced English skills.
• Availability to travel.
