As a LBL Manager - Marine Propulsion China for Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the factory operations including SCM, Engineering, Project Execution, Production and QEHS.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring that the unit comply with ABB Code of Conduct and other Integrity guidelines
• Ensuring that the Azipod products and projects meet the customer expectations and agreed performance
• Ensuring and leading implementation and execution of quality assurance according to ABB, Division, BL, and LBL targets
• Managing the factory operations including SCM, Engineering, Project Execution, Production and QEHS.
• Planning and implementing operations strategy, which is aligned with Global Division and BL Strategy
• Defining and driving business targets and priorities accordingly together with BL
• Ensuring efficient resource management, employee development and employee retention
• Securing continuation of smooth knowledge transition and development of local competence

Your background

• Solid background in factory management and/or operations with people management experience
• Experience in Propulsion Products or similar engineered-to-order investment products
• Business mindset and result orientation
• Team oriented and collaboration mindset
• Understanding the needs and expectations from customers and market
