AI Lead Architect

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, As an AI Architect, the person is responsible for providing technology direction, define solution Architecture, Design, bring both functional and non-functional requirements to define and deliver the architecture of software platforms / applications and solutions.
Provide experienced leadership, assist in designing of AI platforms and / or application suites and products.

This role is contributing to Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and provide oversight for development, testing, operational readiness, and implementation of solutions.
Responsible for Design to Release; considering one or more areas of platform, web applications, data management, open source technologies, cybersecurity and cloud technologies and their application in overall architecture.
Propose solutions leveraging latest technologies - Responsible for software architecture definition including system structure, logical view, physical view, architectural principles, security, etc.
Define architecture blueprints, align with benchmarks for performance, scalability, interoperability, security, reliability etc. Demonstrate Re-search / experimenting mindset
Lead :
Algorithm and model Development factory approach; Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and drive decision-making.
Data Management: Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, labeling, augmentation, and storage, to support AI model training and deployment.
Model Training and Evaluation: Lead the training, fine-tuning, and evaluation of machine learning models, employing rigorous methodologies and metrics to ensure model accuracy, reliability, and robustness.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems, applications, and workflows, ensuring seamless interoperability and minimal disruption to business operations.
Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments, coordinating with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI systems.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AI capabilities, optimize processes, and deliver greater business value.

Qualifications for the role

• Masters Degree in Computer Science
• Strong Solution and design expertise in the areas of Data Analytics, AI, GenAI and Rapid appli-cation development
• Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in Software solution development, with at least 4+ years of ex-posure in deep tech area
• Must have played role of a solution specialist and led at least two successful global product / solution rollouts.
• Worked with Agile team, Hands-on experience with recent tools and Technologies (viz., AI engines - LLM , SLM, DevOps, Co-Pilots).
• Exposure in working with global stake holders, while demonstrating technology leader-ship
