Electrical Technical Post Sales Engineer for Monterrey, N.L. Mexico

Your role and responsibilities

Work closely with customers to develop resolution plans, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate closure. Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution support via phone and web. Interact with technology, supply chain, product management, sales, and field service to provide technical and commercial solutions for customers. Work cross-functionally with global teams. Document customer cases and actions using case-tracking tools.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• +2 years of experience in Customer support.
• Portfolio Management, Business Strategy and Market Intelligence.
• Residency or relocation to Monterrey, N.L. Mexico is required.
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP) FICO Model, MS Office and Advanced Excel.
• Type of Experience: Manufacturing / Cost Accounting / Finance.
• Strong Leadership, Attention to detail, self-critic and excellent customer service attitude.
• Advanced level of English.
