This position reports to

Service Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the sale of Marine Industry Solutions in Process Automation Business. For our Marketing & Sales team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. In addition, helping customers improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships while identifying effective solutions. You will be mainly accountable for: • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand their needs (shipping companies, yards etc.) • Promoting ABB’s complete solutions offering (Marine & Ports Division) • Preparing and sending sales offers, communicating to the customer details related to delivery time, payments, terms, in line with ABB’s guidelines, strategy and tools • Ensuring efficient marketing activities collaborating with marketing colleagues to communicate value proposition to customers • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market • Providing technical support based on customer needs The work model for the role is: Linkedin #onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Area in our Metamorphossis premises.

Qualifications for the role

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Naval Engineering field
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a sales position
  • You are at ease communicating in Greek and English language
  • You have Strong Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
  • You have a driver’s license for visiting customers
  • A high level of self-motivation, communication and negotiation skills
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach
