This position reports to

Global Marketing Chapter Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive digital marketing initiatives for ABB Electrification. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. You will also demonstrate your expertise by optimizing online presence, driving engagement, and increasing conversion rates while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and market trends. Your efforts will be crucial in monitoring and enhancing the performance of our digital marketing efforts. The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power globally. You will be mainly accountable for: Aligning marketing campaigns with stakeholders and business goals, reaching across SEO/SEM, social media, paid media, and marketing automation. Ensuring effective management, governance, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, adhering to global processes. Monitoring campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth. Guiding local market objectives and activities, ensuring innovation and new ideas are prioritized. Motivating and educating the team on digital marketing best practices, managing relationships with internal and external partners. Ensuring compliance with CRM security policy, GDPR, and data privacy regulations in all digital marketing activities. Managing digital marketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and optimize customer journeys.

Qualifications for the role

  • Proficiency in using Sitefinity and Adobe CMS platforms, with good HTML and CSS skills for effective web content management.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Marketing Automation (Pardot) and social media best practices to drive performance and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs, make data-driven decisions, and hands-on experience with Google Analytics and email & marketing automation processes to enhance customer engagement.
  • Foster innovative approaches while demonstrating a growth mindset and openness to continuous learning across new topics such as AI.
  • Utilize strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring effective communication and organizational processes.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with a background in the electrification industry being desirable.
