Your responsibilities: • Presenting and selling the hoist and mining solution and products to the clients. • Establishing & maintaining effective customer relationships on all levels to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of ABB offerings, and aligning to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. • Achieving sales target in term of value and margin. • Preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales contracts with operation team. Following-up for collection of payment. • Providing overall rolling forecast monthly and sales plan weekly. Performing other relative duties as assigned. • Enhancing of regional customer coverage rate and the degree of satisfaction. • Develop sales action plan, develop new business, and expand new customer demand.

Qualifications for the role

  • Your background:
  • 3-5 years of work experience in technical sales, sales experience in drives, automation control system, mechanical equipment in mining industry. Have strong sales competency.
  • Knowledge in computer skills, including Office, PPT etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree with major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Must have good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
  • Result driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both oral and writing.
  • Able to frequently travel for customer visit and presentation.
  • Previous experience with DI/end user/EPC companies preferred in the mining field.
