This position reports to

Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. You will be mainly accountable for: Sale of wholesale products of the brands Busch-Jaeger, Striebel & John and ABB. Support for electrical wholesalers as well as electrical and trade businesses in the Berlin, Potsdam and Brandenburg areas Meticulous analysis of the purchasing behavior of existing and potential customers Continuous expansion and consolidation of relationships with our existing customers Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual visit planning Accurate handling of complaints, goodwill and warranty cases Supporting the sales department in fulfilling the team budget and team strategy Conducting training courses for trade and craft employees

Qualifications for the role

  • Vocational training in electrical engineering, training as a technician or completed studies with an electrical engineering background
  • Relevant sales experience in the field of low-voltage products
  • Written and spoken German and English
  • You live near Berlin, Potsdam or Brandenburg, for example
  • Strong closing and assertiveness skills
  • High willingness to travel
