Your role and responsibilities

- Strategic Account Leadership: Take charge of a portfolio of premier accounts, diving deep to nurture relationships and unlock new avenues for collaboration. - Innovative Solution Crafting: Partner with clients to brainstorm and strategize on ABB’s cutting-edge automation solutions, including system expansions, upgrades, and the pivotal digital transformation of their production landscapes. - Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with internal teams, from sales to engineering, to deliver seamless solutions that exceed client expectations. - Opportunity Spotter: Be the eagle-eyed visionary who spots sales potentials, initiates critical conversations with key stakeholders, and delivers compelling product demos that resonate with our clients’ needs.

Qualifications for the role

  • Previous roles in sales or a commercial environment will be your advantage, showcasing your ability to close deals and drive growth.
  • Whether flying solo or steering a team, you’re adept at convincing clients of the strategic advantages of our offerings.
  • An appetite for leading our clients through their digital transformation, reflecting your forward-thinking mindset.
  • A passion for the world of (Industrial) Automation, indicating a readiness to engage with our product landscape.
  • Your ambition and business acumen are matched by a results-driven approach, ensuring you meet and exceed targets.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, you can communicate complex ideas with clarity and persuasion.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field, signaling a strong foundation for strategic business thinking.
