We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Electrification Business Area, Smart Power Division, PG Breakers and Enclosures. This role is contributing to the Quality Department in Garbagnate Monastero In this role you will be responsible for the quality of products according to the required technical specification, during product development and/or active products technical improvement. The work model for the role is: #hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Acting as point of reference for suppliers during the process audits to ensure the compliance of working practice and procedures for customers during visits/audits on the production plant. • Managing non - conformity incidents, for this reason you will cooperate closely with other business functions and suppliers. • Being responsible to manage all quality data in an accurate way in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as continuous improvement. • Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements • Promoting Qwins methodology in the factory You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

• Master degree in Mechanical or management engineering
• You are highly skilled in working with manufacturing technologies, quality control processes and methodologies and statistical analysis
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge would be considered a plus
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing is appreciated
• Positive spirit, Proactivity, team working, speediness and problem solving orientation; commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects
• You are at ease communicating in English and Italian
