IS Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. The work model for the role is: #LI- #Hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Services in India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Project Oversight: Lead the stabilization and hypercare phase of FTP transformation implementations, ensuring smooth transition and system performance. • Issue Resolution: Identify, prioritize, and resolve post-go-live issues in collaboration with technical teams and end-users. • Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards to track system performance and incident trends. • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports. • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues efficiently. • Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance structure and compliance standards for partners & internal ABB • Continuous Service Improvement (CSI): Implement CSI methodologies to identify areas for improvement and drive ongoing enhancements. • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of FTP functionalities. • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve FTP processes and workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness. • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and best practices to support future stabilization and hypercare efforts.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in any specialization(Ex- Business Administration, Information tech-nology, Finance & Commerce & Engineering).
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant of Functional/Operations experience
• Knowledge of FTP & SAP GRC is preferrable with mandate ITIL skills
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills needed– written
• Excellent stakeholder management skills as work involves interacting with many stake-holders within and outside the organizations in partner ecosystem
• Supplier management experience desirable
• Be able to report to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in writing knowledge articles, support documentation and working knowledge of collaborative tools (ITSM, Power BI, Tableau & MS Office tools)
