This position reports to

Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within Electrification Smart Buildings division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Building Application in Piedmont District. You’ll be responsible for sales in Nord Est Piedmont Area: Novara, Alessandria, Verbania, Vercelli Main stakeholders are installer, wholesalers, system integrators, panel builder, oem’s. You will be mainly accountable for: •Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers related to the Building portfolio (Wiring Accessories & Indoor Entry System, Building Automation, Energy Distribution, E-Mobility). •Manage sales target volumes, product & solutions mix. •Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing also news customers. •Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience Analyze different customers’ needs to offer them a customized solution •Communicating to the customers about details related to ABB’s offering and strategy.

Qualifications for the role

  • You have at least 3 years of experience working as Sales Specialist
  • You are passionate about sales and you have the ability to establish good relationships with customers
  • Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Nord Est Piedmont Area: Novara, Alessandria, Verbania, Vercelli), at least 3 days per week
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office, Saleseforce (plus)
  • Preferred degree in technical field
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
