That's our story. Make it your story. Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to support activities in line with Credit management process . Each day, you will be responsible for Credit assessment, Credit writing, credit related activities. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite,#LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Finance in Bangalore-Hebbal. You will be mainly accountable for: • Credit limit authorization within threshold up to - depending on the size of the country - • Presenting high seniority in Credit Risk Management process, understanding the differences of the country specifics across the organization • Take active participation in the Credit Circle sessions with the Global O2C Process Owners, Head of Global Credit Risk Management and Team Leader Credit Management • Regular liaising on difficult matters and escalations with Internal and External Stakeholders (Front Office/Business/3rd Party Customers located globally) • Assisting and giving professional advice in all credit-related matters to Team Leader Credit Management and Cluster Credit Manager • Analyzing the creditworthiness of both new (credit assessments) and existing (credit reassessments) customers from quantitative and qualitative point of view and making detailed recommendations on their credit rating and credit limits • Conducting annual/monthly credit limit review of customers for countries in scope • Researching companies, gathering and analyzing financial and non-financial information from available sources such as for example external agency, financial statements (balance, cash & flow, profit & loss statements) to develop an understanding of customer’s credit profile to make credit extensive recommendation and provide partnership to the Business • Managing complex customers’ portfolio • Having thorough understanding of the processes related to the Credit Control • Managing the process for new orders put on hold due to exceeding credit limits • Supporting the Cluster Credit Manager with assessments up to 10M USD, providing analysis to representatives of Local Credit Committee & Group Credit Risk Management in terms of assessments +10M USD and interacting with Business and Sales team on customers credit limit issues and escalations • Supporting commercial business strategies/objectives by driving global strategy on credit • Monitoring compliance to Global Credit Policy • An ability to cooperate in a dynamic and learning environment, to develop good relationship with Business and other supporting teams and be able to present key credit risks in complicated deal structures, to make sure that credit risk is addressed and Accounts Receivables collection is secured • Sharing knowledge and expertise on risk exposure and credit risk mitigation practices within credit area and other functions across ABB organization Close cooperation with CFIN SAP4HANA Specialist to implement new credit tools, systems, etc

Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed engaged in you enjoy working with SAP in invoice processing, Reporting,
• Ability to demonstrate as 4-5 relevant years’ experience in credit analysis or credit control, acting as Senior Credit Specialist or similar role in a global organization with total 5-8yrs experience
• You are passionate about Analytics skills, reporting skills analyzing financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement and credit bureau reports
• Degree in Mcom/MBA-finance/Bcom with proper documentation and percentage
• You are at ease communicating (verbal/written)
