Your role and responsibilities

In this role, As an Architect, you'll be responsible for Technical Leadership, System Design, Technology Evaluation, Requirement Analysis, NFR, Integration / Interoperability, Compliance / Standards and Performance & System Optimization within an organization. These critical programs typically involve the trial use of new software, processes, or products before a full-scale deployment. The Pilot Lead ensures that the pilot is executed smoothly, gathers critical feedback, and provides insights for improvements. Qualifications for the role

• 15+ years of experience as Technical expertise & vision with strong understanding in generative AI models, data processing, training techniques, and evaluation metrics. Set clear objectives and a strategic roadmap for AI projects.
• Education : BE/BTech from CSE,IS/IT,EC, Master's/PHD in Data science or GenAI is preferred
• Backend Development:
• Proficient in Python, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Extensive experience in building robust and scalable backend solutions, including RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI, and a strong understanding of asynchronous programming with libraries like asyncio and Celery
• Technical Leadership - Strong track record of mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
• LLM Customization - Knowledgeable in fine-tuning pre-trained models and leveraging transfer learning to enhance model performance for various NLP tasks
• Azure PaaS (Platform as a Service) - Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions for serverless computing, Azure Cognitive Search for powerful search capabilities, and other relevant services such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vault.
• Deep understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Vector Embeddings-
• Proficient in UI Development Technology with Angular/React
